[Workshop] Capture Your Family Business Story Before It Slips Away

“I think we should tell our family business story.”

It’s a passing but common thought of leaders with rich family business legacies. But for many, the thought becomes a persistent noise in their head. There’s an urgency to pass on the legacy born amid the many struggles and triumphs of the business. Especially before specific defining stories slip away with the elder generation.

But where does a family leader start?

In this workshop, we help leaders of family businesses identify the first few steps of creating their family business story. Participants will:

• Gain clarity on the ‘why’ of their family business project;
• Get a clear roadmap of the journey to research and produce their family story; and
• Come away with practical activities to complete their first steps in the project.
